Use a different browser
Click on the form link given in the mail and use your iiserpune-mail _ID.

IF YOU DON'T SEE THE FORM at all :
Reason : Same reason as above , not logged in via IISERPUNE ID.
Solution : Click on the SUBMIT or refresh text to login via IISER ID to access the FORM.
